Study Hours
Thursday Jan 31. 9:00-11:30pm. HSS Rm 1045.

Don't suffer midterms week alone! Our weekly study hours will be held at Geisel 1st floor in the Humanities and Social Sciences section in Room 1045. Stop by anytime from 9 till closing, and we'll keep you company! Contact Kat (k1ang@ucsd.edu) if you need directions.


Week 5 GBM De-Stresser
Thursday Feb. 7. 6-8PM. CCC Art Space (PC, above Santorini).

Did you know that board games are not only therapeautic, but also exercise basic cognitive skills and problem-solving (they keep you sharp!). So take a break from all the studying and come to our Week 5 GBM to dabble in a little fun (and productive) competition. Your health will thank you for it :)


PUSH Workshop: CPR Training

Other Opportunities

Volunteer with PUSH - Surgery Weekends are held 6-7 times per year at The Fresh Start Clinic at Rady's Children's Hospital in San Diego. Volunteer shifts usually last 4-5 hours and include food and great company. We are starting Surgery Weekends this month so fill out the survey if you are interested in volunteering and we will contact you with details/updates. (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KS37DWD)

SDSU Catch the Wave Conference - will be held on Saturday, February 23 at San Diego State University. Registration is now open at for the cost of $32 and can be done online (http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/~cpo/conference/index.php). UCSF PUSO Conference - Every spring, PUSH travels up to Norcal to attend the Pilipinos of UCSF Student Organization's annual Undergraduate Recruitment Day held at the top-ranking UCSF School of Medicine and Pharmacy. It is essentially a day where undergraduates learn more about the health profession and the opportunities available to them. The coordinators are hard at work planning this event and need YOUR input so they can structure the conference around YOUR needs.
